These terms and conditions ("Agreement") set forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the masterful.men website ("Website" or "Service") and any of its related products and services (collectively, "Services"). This Agreement is legally binding between you and Sven Masterson, LLC, the operator of Masterful Men ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing and using the Website and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Website and Services. By using the Website and Services and by agreeing to this Agreement, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

Accounts and Membership

Certain features of the Website require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Membership in the Masterful Men community is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your account access with others.

Membership Tiers and Access

Masterful Men offers several membership and access options, including free course access, provisional memberships, and annual or quarterly dues. Each level grants specific access to courses, community spaces, and resources as described at the time of purchase or enrollment. Access is governed by the terms of each specific offering and is subject to expiration as stated. Annual and quarterly dues are not automatically renewing subscriptions — renewal requires intentional action by you at the end of each membership period.

User Content

We do not own any data, information, or material that you submit through the Website or community spaces. You retain responsibility for the accuracy, quality, integrity, legality, and appropriateness of your contributions. By submitting content to community spaces, you grant Sven Masterson, LLC a non-exclusive license to use, display, and moderate that content as necessary to operate the community. We may monitor and review content but have no obligation to do so.

Community Standards

Participation in Masterful Men community spaces is a privilege governed by the community's values and standards. Members are expected to engage with integrity, respect, and confidentiality. Sven Masterson, LLC reserves the right to remove or restrict access for any member whose conduct is inconsistent with community standards, at our sole discretion, without refund.

Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the Website and Services or any content for any unlawful purpose; to violate any regulations, rules, laws, or ordinances; to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others; to harass, abuse, threaten, or discriminate against any person; to submit false or misleading information; to extract, scrape, or redistribute community content without permission; to interfere with the security or integrity of the Website or Services; or to use any content for commercial purposes outside of your personal development.

Intellectual Property Rights

This Agreement does not transfer to you any intellectual property owned by Sven Masterson, LLC or third parties. All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Website, its content, course materials, frameworks, systems, methodologies, trademarks, and logos — including the Masterful Men name and brand — remain solely with Sven Masterson, LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission.

Purchases, Billing, and Refunds

All purchases are governed by our Billing & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

Disclaimer of Warranty

You agree that the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and that your use of the Website and Services is solely at your own risk. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sven Masterson, LLC will not be liable to any person for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Website or Services. Our aggregate liability relating to the Services will be limited to the greater of one dollar ($1.00) or the amounts actually paid in cash by you to Sven Masterson, LLC in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Website and Services at any time, for any reason, including breach of this Agreement. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as provided in our Billing & Refund Policy.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Website and Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
