Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs your use of the masterful.men website, member application, community spaces, courses, live calls, and all other services provided by Masterful Men, operated by Sven Masterson, LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using these Services, you agree to comply with this Policy.

Masterful Men is a private brotherhood community. The trust, safety, and culture of this community depend on every member holding themselves to a high standard of conduct. This Policy exists to protect that culture — not to restrict it.

Permitted Use

You may use the Website and Services for lawful personal development purposes — including accessing courses, participating in community discussions, attending live calls, engaging with challenges, and communicating with other members — in accordance with the spirit of the Masterful Men community and these terms.

Community Conduct Standards

All members are expected to:

• Engage with honesty, integrity, and respect for all other members
• Maintain confidentiality of what other members share in community spaces — what's shared in the brotherhood stays in the brotherhood
• Take ownership of your words and actions in all community interactions
• Offer challenge and accountability from a place of care, not contempt
• Respect the purpose and tone of each community space

Prohibited Conduct

The following uses of the Website, Services, and community spaces are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, bullying, intimidation, or personal attacks directed at any member or person
• Discrimination or derogatory treatment based on race, ethnicity, religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic
• Sharing, distributing, or reproducing course materials, call recordings, community posts, or proprietary content outside the community without express written permission
• Using the community to solicit, market, promote, or sell products, services, or opportunities to other members without prior written approval from Sven Masterson, LLC
• Sharing another member's personal information without their consent
• Engaging in any form of deception, impersonation, or misrepresentation
• Posting content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, threatening, or violates the rights of others
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website, Services, or another member's account
• Using automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or extract content from the Website or community
• Any use that interferes with the operation of the Website or Services
• Any use that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws

Content You Submit

By posting or sharing content in community spaces, you represent that you have the right to share that content and that it does not violate the rights of any third party. You take full responsibility for content you submit. We may, but are not obligated to, review or moderate community content.

Enforcement

Sven Masterson, LLC reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of this Policy and to take action accordingly, including:

• Issuing a warning
• Temporarily suspending access to the community or Services
• Permanently removing a member from the community
• Terminating access to the Website and Services without refund

We are not obligated to provide notice before taking action, though we will exercise reasonable judgment in enforcement.

Reporting Violations

If you observe conduct that violates this Policy, please report it to sven@svenmasterson.com. We take reports seriously and will review them with care.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in community standards or Services. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
