Billing & Refund Policy

The offerings available through Masterful Men — including courses, provisional memberships, annual and quarterly dues, and coaching — are built around intentional participation, ownership, and long-term transformation. They are not passive content subscriptions or impulse purchases. They are relational, developmental, and participation-driven environments for men who are choosing consciously to invest in their growth.

Because of that, we encourage every person to move slowly, explore intentionally, and make clear decisions before committing financially. Free resources, orientation content, and exploratory options exist specifically for that purpose.

Intentional Participation

By purchasing, enrolling, or participating in any offering provided by Masterful Men or Sven Masterson, LLC, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are voluntarily choosing to participate
• You are responsible for reviewing the details of the offering before enrolling or purchasing
• You understand whether the offering includes a fixed-term membership, time-limited access, or one-time purchase
• You are responsible for managing your own access, payment methods, and renewal decisions
• Personal inactivity, lack of participation, forgetfulness, change of mind, or failure to use the services purchased does not invalidate a legitimate purchase or financial commitment

Provisional Membership ($99 / 45 Days)

The Provisional Membership is a 45-day, fixed-term access pass. It is a one-time purchase that grants time-limited access to specified courses and community-lite features. Access expires at the end of the 45-day period. This membership is not automatically renewable and does not convert to ongoing membership without intentional action by both you and Sven Masterson, LLC.

Refunds are not provided for provisional memberships once access has been granted, except as provided below.

Annual and Quarterly Dues

Annual dues ($650/year) and quarterly dues ($175/quarter) are fixed-term, non-subscription access arrangements. They are intentional commitments — not automatically renewing subscriptions. At the end of your membership period, renewal requires a deliberate decision and action on your part.

By purchasing annual or quarterly dues, you commit to the full stated term. Choosing to stop participating before the end of your term does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the remaining period.

Courses and Digital Products

All course purchases are final once access has been granted. Due to the digital nature of course content, refunds are generally not provided after materials have been delivered or access has been opened.

Coaching and Scheduled Calls

Coaching sessions and scheduled calls represent reserved professional time. Refunds are generally not issued for unused sessions, missed sessions, or discontinued engagement after purchase. Unused sessions may be used within one (1) year of the original purchase date or transferred to another person with written approval from Sven Masterson, LLC.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital, relational, educational, and community-based nature of these offerings, refunds are generally not provided once:

• Access has been granted to courses, community spaces, or membership benefits
• Materials have been delivered
• Community participation has begun
• Coaching relationships or sessions have started
• Services have been rendered or reserved

This includes, but is not limited to: unused membership time, lack of participation, forgotten purchases, personal dissatisfaction unrelated to service delivery, change of circumstances, or failure to fully utilize purchased access.

Refunds are reserved for situations in which Sven Masterson, LLC is unable to fulfill its own stated commitments or obligations. Exceptions may occasionally be made at the sole discretion of Sven Masterson, LLC in cases involving duplicate charges, billing errors, or extraordinary circumstances. Any exception provided in one situation does not create an obligation or precedent for future cases.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a billing issue has occurred, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so the matter can be reviewed in good faith. Initiating a chargeback for knowingly enrolled services, delivered digital products, or accessible community participation may result in suspension or termination of access, and submission of enrollment and participation records to payment processors.

Sven Masterson, LLC maintains records related to enrollment, billing, access, community activity, and communications.

Personal Responsibility
